Social Media Content Intern (TikTok-Focused) 

We’re currently looking for a Social Media Content Intern to join our team. You will closely collaborate with the content team by supporting the creation and promotion of content for NOI and partners. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

TikTok Channel Growth & Content Creation

• Develop engaging, trend-driven TikTok content that aligns with NOI’s brand and resonates with our audience.
• Experiment with different content formats (e.g., challenges, storytelling, educational content, behind-the-scenes) to drive visibility and engagement.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and viral challenges to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that brings NOI’s message to life.

Content Promotion & Audience Engagement

Support in executing social media campaigns that promote NOI’s products, events, and initiatives.

Optimize and distribute NOI’s editorial content across TikTok and other social platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, participating in trends, and fostering discussions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Social Media & TikTok Expertise

• Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and content formats to drive engagement and growth.
• Experience experimenting with different social media content distribution methods.
• Knowledge of audience engagement and optimization techniques across platforms.

Trend Monitoring & Creative Thinking

• Passion for keeping up with social media trends, particularly those related to women’s empowerment, education, and lifestyle.
• Ability to adapt viral trends creatively to align with NOI’s messaging.

Graphic & Video Production Skills

• Hands-on experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).
• Ability to create visually appealing and high-quality short-form video content.

Collaboration & Communication

Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.

Ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-person and remote team members.

 MARKETING INTERN 

NOI is looking for a Marketing Intern to help promote and sell our products, including our monthly Mini Masterclass, an ebook about periods, a white paper on women’s consumer behaviors, and B2B content for LinkedIn. If you’re passionate about content marketing, social media, and empowering women, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Product Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and execute content strategies to promote NOI’s monthly Mini Masterclass, ebook about leaderships, ebook about periods, and white paper on women’s consumer behaviors across social media, newsletters, and other platforms.
• Write engaging and persuasive marketing copy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and coordinate webinars and offline workshops
• Plan and implement campaigns that increase sales and visibility of NOI’s products.

B2B Content Creation (LinkedIn & Website)

Promote NOI’s white paper on women’s consumer behaviors to reach relevant business audiences.

Create LinkedIn content (articles, carousels, posts) that strengthens NOI’s positioning as a thought leader in the industry.

Develop B2B-focused content to attract and engage NOI’s clients.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Content Marketing & Social Media Expertise

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and experience in promoting digital products (courses, ebooks, white papers, etc.).
• Ability to craft compelling content that aligns with audience interests and business goals.

B2B & Editorial Writing Skills

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for LinkedIn and professional content marketing.
• Ability to translate complex data and research (from the white paper) into engaging and accessible content.

Graphic & Video Production Skills

• Hands-on experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut).
• Ability to create visually appealing and high-quality promotional content.

Collaboration & Communication

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (both in-person and remote collaborations).

Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
